Job description
The company specializes in the production of automotive components for global car manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- packing automotive parts
- quality control of finished products
- production and processing of metal parts
- operation of production machines
Working Conditions

Work Schedule
In the coming months, work will be in a 4-shift system. Work schedule:
- 3 days of day shift (06:00–18:00), 3 days off
- 3 days of night shift (18:00–06:00), 3 days off
Salary
- base: 31.40 PLN/hour gross
- for work in the 4-shift system, employees receive an additional allowance of 16 PLN/hour for weekend work, which amounts to about 350–500 PLN gross per month (depending on the number of hours worked)
- production bonus up to 800 PLN gross
- allowance for independent commuting up to 186 PLN gross (depending on distance)
- after 3 months of work: 130 PLN gross for SmartLunch card and 30 PLN for coffee in vending machines
Accommodation
Accommodation and subsidies for private housing are not provided.
Commute
The plant can be reached by public transport. The company does not provide a staff bus.
