These Terms set out the conditions under which candidates looking for work use the online service jobs-here.pl. Using the service means full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Service operator
The operator and owner of the technical platform jobs-here.pl is:

(hereinafter the "Operator" or the "Service").
2. Legal status of the platform
Important to read:
- 2.1. An IT platform only. The jobs-here.pl Service is solely a technology platform: an electronic board of job advertisements.
- 2.2. Legal status of the IT platform. The Operator holds a state registration (KRAZ register number: 35559) that entitles it to provide solely teleinformatic services of collecting and exchanging information about vacancies. The Operator provides only the technical infrastructure.
- 2.3. No intermediation. The Operator gives Employers the technical means to publish advertisements, and Candidates the means to view them and send their data directly to the Employer. The Operator does not take part in the recruitment process and is not a party to any employment or civil-law contracts between the Candidate and the Employer.
3. Definitions
- Candidate / User — an adult natural person (aged at least 18) who uses the Service to view advertisements and send applications.
- Employer — a legal entity or sole trader who published a job advertisement on the Service.
- Advertisement — an Employer's publication containing information about a vacancy and working conditions.
- Application — a form with personal data that the Candidate sends technically through the Service directly to the Employer.
4. Services for Candidates
4.1. Use of the Service is completely free for Candidates.
4.2. The Operator provides:
- Free access to the database of job Advertisements in Poland
- A built-in form for sending an application directly to the Employer
- Job search with filters (city, category, salary)
4.3. Registration (creating an account) is not required. These Terms are available at jobs-here.pl/terms before the Service is used.
5. Rules for applications
5.1. The Candidate must provide true and up-to-date data. Submitting an application with false information is the Candidate's sole responsibility.
5.2. By clicking "Submit application", the Candidate instructs the Service to technically transfer the entered data directly to the Employer.
5.3. It is forbidden to:
- Send applications in bulk automatically (by bots)
- Send data containing viruses, malicious code or spam
- Use the Service if you are under 18
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without the Operator's written consent
5.4. To protect against spam and abuse, the Operator applies automatic technical limits on the number of applications sent (Rate Limiting).
6. Limitation of the Operator's liability
6.1. Liability for content. The Operator is not liable for the content of Advertisements. Full responsibility for the accuracy of the vacancy, the salary and the legality of employment lies solely with the Employer. The Operator may, but is not obliged to, check Advertisements and remove those that break the law or these Terms.
6.2. No guarantee of employment. The Operator does not guarantee successful employment, a reply from the Employer or an invitation to an interview.
6.3. The Employer may change an Advertisement or close a vacancy at any time, including after receiving an application.
6.4. The Operator makes every effort to keep the Service running without interruption, but reserves the right to technical breaks for maintenance and updates.
7. Technical requirements
- A device with Internet access (smartphone, tablet, PC)
- An up-to-date browser with JavaScript and Cookies enabled
- An active e-mail address
8. Personal data protection (RODO/GDPR)
8.1. When you browse the website, the Operator processes technical data as the Controller in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8.2. When an application is sent, the Employer becomes the Controller of the Candidate's personal data.
8.3. The Operator acts solely as a technical processor (Podmiot przetwarzający) under Art. 28 RODO. The Operator does not use Candidates' data for its own purposes and does not share it with third parties.
8.4. Data is automatically anonymised after 6 months from the date the application was sent.
9. Complaints
9.1. Complaints about technical errors or unlawful Advertisements (fraud, discrimination under Art. 183a Kodeksu Pracy) should be sent to: [email protected]
9.2. The Operator handles complaints within 30 days. In the case of a complaint about the content of an Advertisement, it may block the Advertisement until the review is completed.
10. Intellectual property
10.1. All rights to the graphic elements, source code, design and logo of the Service belong to the Operator.
10.2. Without the Operator's written consent it is forbidden to copy, scrape (collect data automatically) or reproduce elements of the Service or the Advertisement database in any form.
11. Final provisions
11.1. Applicable law:

- Ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną z dnia 18.07.2002 r. (Dz.U. 2002 nr 144 poz. 1204)
- Rozporządzenie UE 2016/679 (RODO/GDPR)
11.2. The Operator may amend these Terms. Changes take effect when published. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of them.
11.3. Disputes are settled by the courts competent for the Operator's registered office (Polish jurisdiction).
These Terms comply with RODO (UE 2016/679), Ustawa o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną and Kodeks Cywilny. Regulator: UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
