1. About the service and the roles

Important to understand from the start:

• jobs-here.pl is an online platform (a job board). We publish employers' vacancies and accept candidates' applications.
• The employer is the Controller of your personal data (decides why and how it is used).
• NEXUS TALENT PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA (operator of jobs-here.pl) is the Processor (podmiot przetwarzający): it technically stores your data and passes it to the employer, but does not use it for its own purposes.
• We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties other than the employer you applied to.

2. What data we collect

A. Data from the application form

When you apply for a job, you give us:

First and last name
E-mail address
Phone number (and/or Viber, WhatsApp)
Citizenship
Level of Polish
Type of document that allows you to stay/work in Poland
Whether you have work experience in Poland
Preferred start date
Short description of your experience (optional)
Date, time and IP address when consent is given

B. Technical data (automatic)

IP address (anonymised in analytics)
Browser type and operating system
Pages you visited
Date and time of the visit

3. Why we process data and on what legal basis

4. Who we share your data with

The employer who published the vacancy you applied for — for recruitment purposes only.
Hosting provider — server infrastructure (processes data strictly on the operator's instructions).
SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA) — delivery of transactional e-mails. Transfer based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Google LLC (USA) — analytics and advertising, only with your consent given in the cookie banner.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — advertising, only with your consent given in the cookie banner.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone other than those listed above.

5. How long your data is kept

Data from the application form is automatically anonymised after 6 months from the date it was sent, unless the employer deletes it earlier. After anonymisation only anonymous statistics remain in the database: it is not possible to tell who submitted the application.

New job alerts by e-mail

If you subscribed to job alerts, we process your e-mail address, the categories you chose and your language in order to send you new vacancies. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) RODO). The controller of this data is NEXUS TALENT PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA. We keep the data until you unsubscribe; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail, after which the data is deleted. E-mails are sent through SendGrid.

6. Cookies

We use three categories of cookies. You can manage them in the banner at the bottom of the screen.

Necessary (always active)

Make the website work (session, security). Do not require consent.

Analytics (only with your consent)

Google Analytics 4 — helps us improve the website. Data is anonymised.

Marketing (only with your consent)

7. Your rights

Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without giving a reason

Because the employer is the Controller of your data, requests for deletion or access should be sent to the employer first. If the employer cannot be reached, we will help pass on your request.
