Wind Turbine Component Assembler

The company is engaged in the production of components for wind turbines and devices for wind energy. The company is one of the world leaders in renewable energy sources. We are looking for production workers for our plant.

1. Employee Responsibilities:

• performing production tasks according to instructions and quality standards;
• assembling components and parts;
• working with hand and electric tools;
• quality control of produced details;
• maintaining order at the workplace;
• following health and safety regulations;
• cooperating with the team to achieve production goals.

2. Production Organization:

• modern production company;
• working with components for wind turbines;
• workwear and personal protective equipment provided by the employer;
• some processes require working with tools and assembly elements.

3. Work Schedule:

• working in 3 shifts of 8 hours: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00;
• work from Monday to Friday.

4. Salary:

• rate of 5723 PLN gross/month;
• bonus up to 1300 PLN gross/month (dependent on attendance, engagement at work, and production results).

5. Accommodation: YES Accommodation is subsidized:

• 0-6 months: employee pays 300 PLN/month;
• 7-9 months: employee pays 500 PLN/month;
• 10-12 months: employee pays 700 PLN/month;
• over 12 months: employee pays 1000 PLN/month.

6. Commuting to work: YES

• free transport to work;
• transport organized for employees living in Goleniow and nearby areas.
