Forklift Operator – Leszno

We are looking for employees for the position of Forklift Operator in a company located in Leszno, which produces mattresses, pillows, and duvets.

Responsibilities

• Operating a forklift
• Transporting materials (raw materials, components, finished products) within the warehouse and production area
• Delivering materials to production lines
• Moving finished products to the warehouse
• Loading and unloading goods
• Organizing products on shelves
• Maintaining order in the warehouse and ensuring safe work practices

Working Conditions

• Production of mattresses, pillows, and duvets
• Work in an enclosed space
• Standard working conditions (warehouse/production)

Working Hours

• 8-hour shifts (off-season): 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• In season, possible 12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Shift work

Salary

• Rate: 31.40 – 37.00 PLN/gross/hour (dependent on experience and level)
• Approximate starting rate: ~34.00 PLN/gross/hour
• Qualification levels (1–4) affect the rate

Accommodation

• YES – cost: 500 PLN/month

Commute
