Production Workers

For a company in the electrotechnical industry, engaged in the production of optical fibers, electronics, cables, and connection elements, we are looking for production workers.

Responsibilities

• Assembly of components according to technical instructions
• Working with very thin cables and small components
• Working with cable bundles in 4 colors
• Arranging cables in the correct sequence
• Leveling and tensioning cables
• Applying glue to cables
• Working under a microscope
• Attaching cables to special covers
• Quality control of finished products
• Packaging products
• At the final stage — winding finished components

Working Conditions

• Clean and modern workplace
• Work in sterile conditions (clean room)
• Mandatory work in a cap and suit
• Prohibition of makeup, artificial nails, and strong perfumes
• Sitting and standing work depending on the process
• Very important attention and precision
• There are 2 cafeterias on the premises
• Vending machines with drinks and snacks
• Subsidy for meals: soup — approx. 5 PLN, main course — approx. 11.50 PLN

Work Schedule

• Work in a 3-shift system for 8 hours
• Possible work on 1 or 2 shifts depending on production needs
• During holiday periods, possible work on 2 shifts
• Work from Monday to Friday

Salary

4806 PLN gross / month

Attendance bonus — 300 PLN gross

Night shift allowance — 20%
